How do I change or cancel my order?

Just send us an email at love@wryuma.com or we are happy to help you out. 

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal and Credit Cards (Maestro, Visa, Master Card, American Express). All payments are secure and encrypted. 

How long does it take to make my sunglasses? 

We keep near zero stock and will only start to make your sunglasses when you place your order. It takes about 2 days to polish and assemble your sunglasses, after which we will ship them to you. We will update you on the progress of the production when you place your order.

Can I buy sunglasses in a shop somewhere?

Currently this is not possible. Soon our sunglasses will be available in other shops as we are setting up partnerships. Keep an eye on our social media or subscribe to the newsletter to find out more.

Is it possible to order a large amount of sunglasses for my company or event? 

Yes we can customise our products for your company or event. Please reach for more information on love@wryuma.com.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Isn't recycled plastic cheaper than normal plastic?

No, actually it's not. We get this question quite regularly. Recycling 'post consumer' waste like soda bottles is quite a labor intensive process which makes our recycled 3D printing ink more expensive than 'virgin' plastic.

My new sunglasses are damaged, now what?  

We do our utmost best to make the best sunglasses in the world. If you have received a damaged pair of sunglasses by mail, then please send us an email at love@wryuma.com, we will provide a free repair service with free shipping. 

As a company, is it possible to order a large amount of sunglasses? 

Yes we can customise our products for your company or event. Please reach for more information on love@wryuma.com.

Which countries do you ship to?

Pretty much everywhere on planet earth. 

How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide shipment for 10 euros only. Shipment within Belgium and The Netherlands costs 5 euros. This includes the cost for offsetting all CO2 emissions from shipment and handling. 

How long does shipping take?

Depends on where you live. Between 1 to 4 working days. All international shipments are handled by DHL Express, which will even get your sunglasses to New Zealand within 4 days. Carbon neutral. 

Will I be able to track my sunglasses?

We do not include the track and trace number in our shipping confirmations. But if you want more information on your shipping you can send us an email at love@wryuma.com

Where is my package?

Did you order a package but have not received it yet? Send an email to love@wryuma.com with your name and order number and we will check the status of your shipment. 

My new sunglasses are damaged, now what?

RETURNING

Can I return or exchange my sunglasses? 

Yes. We have a 100 day return policy with free return shipping.

Want to exchange your sunglasses for another model? Changed your mind and would like to receive your money back? No hard feelings, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs. 

To exchange or return your sunglasses, simple send an email to love@wryuma.com with your request. We will then send you a return shipping label which you can attach to the box in which you received the product. A courier will then come and collect the package. 

Is return shipping free? 

Yes, it is. You have 100 days to change your mind and exchange or return the sunglasses. No questions asked. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging.  

I accidentally broke my sunglasses, now what? 

We provide a free repair service, even if you have broken your own sunglasses by accident, you just pay for the shipping costs. If you believe the sunglasses broke because of a production error then shipping is, of course, on us. Send us and email at love@wryuma.com to get in touch.

Why sould I send back my sunglasses? 

The future is circular. For us it is not enough to use recycled materials, we want to go further, together with you. By returning your old sunnies we can recycle them again. We take your sunglasses apart and turn the frame again into 3D printing ink so we can 3D print new sunglasses. You then receive a discount in our store.

What does it cost to send back my pair of sunglasses? 

For belgian customers it doesn't cost a thing. Request your free shipping label by leaving your information here. For international customers we have another solution, please check the 'close loops' FAQ below.

Where can I find the unique product code of my sunglasses? 

The unique product code is written on the inside of one of the temples of your sunglasses.

Why don’t I have a product code on my sunglasses?

Our first frames do not have a product code yep. So if your pair does not have a product code, you were one of our early adopters. We know you received your sunglasses in 2018 or beginning of 2019.

How will the sunglasses be recycled? 

The pair of sunglasses will be taken apart. If the frame cannot be reused it will be shredded. The shredded plastic will then be turned into a filament, which is the ink of the 3D-printer. Like this we can 3D-print new sunnies from your old sunnies ;).

Are all the materials of the sunglasses being recycled? 

No, currently we can only recycle the plastic of the frame. We are experimenting with a completely new type of material for the coloured lenses that is completely recyclable; so stay tuned. Als for the hinge we are close to finding a suitable way to recycling theses.

My pair of sunglasses is still in very good shape, will it be shredded into a new one?

No, the pair of sunglasses that are send back will go through a quality check. The parts that are still impeccable will be reused.

I don’t want a discount for a new pair, why should I send my sunnies back anyway?

We are currently looking for other ways of thanking our customers that send back their sunnies. We will keep you posted.

CLOSE LOOPS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

How do I send back my sunglasses for recycling from outside Belgium?

We are testing our free service in Belgium but we are working very hard on expanding it worldwide.

In the meantime you can send back your old sunnies in a normal sized enveloppe with the necessary international postage stamps. Besides the discount for the sunglasses we will give you an additional discount of €5 to compensate for the shipping costs. But keep an eye on our social media and newsletter for when we launch our integrated international return service soon.
